Membership and Beauty Subscription Box are sold together and cannot be severed.

To use the $10 OFF coupon the physical coupon must be presented. We do not retain these on file. Coupon details and restrictions are printed on the physical card.

Your card will be charged the first week of every month, and products will be shipped out that same week. You may cancel your subscription anytime. If the month you cancel has already been charged, there is no refund, but we will cancel your subscription for the following month. We curate your products based on your Beauty Quiz, to ensure they suit your needs. If you ever receive a product that you do not fully enjoy, for whatever reason, there are no refunds/returns/exchanges. However, you may email us your feedback so that we can ensure you do not receive that product again. We recommend giving such products to your friends or family to enjoy, if you ever do receive one.
