Why buy from authorized retailers like us, rather than other online platforms?

There is a growing problem in the beauty industry of product knock-offs, or distributors that sell expired products. Buying from authorized retailers like our spa is the only way to know that your product is authentic and consistent every time. 

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we ask that you contact us within two weeks of receiving your product. Unused or less than 5% used products will be considered for store credit, or exchange. There are not refunds. If this is the case, please email euroreflections@gmail.com for resolution.

Products that have been repeatedly used or held for more than two weeks will not be considered. 

Where can items be shipped to?

Currently we ship Canada-wide and to most parts of the United States. We do not currently ship outside of North America. 

I would prefer to place an order over the phone than online, is this possible?

If you would prefer, we can place your order over the phone. Since it cannot be electronically calculated by Shopify, flat shipping rates will apply. Please call 519 570 2117 and someone will get back to you within a matter of two business days.
